With the Vikes in a search of a QB and the Bus cutting ties with Jeff Garcia.Garcia would be a good match for the Vikes this season. Garcia quarterback that is a competitor, he will give it his all every down of every week.He have many tool in his pocket to give to the team that does pick him up. He is a leader on the field, mobile QB(rushing over 2000 yards for his career), but not a run first quarterback,good decision making on the fly. Garcia does not throw many interceptions, which he is averaging 1 interception for every 44 passes attempts.He has not had over 20 passing touchdown in a season for a while, but with the1-2 punch with Peterson and Taylor. This means that Garcia would not have to be relied on to make big play after big play. He would be an addition and upgrade from the QB's the Vikes had last season. With the addition of Garcia, many sports critics say that the Vikes would be considered one of the top team in the NFC in the upcoming season. With Garcia out there it will be interesting to see if the Vikes do go after him. It would be a dumb move if they don't even try. He has proven that he can win in the NFL, something that Vikes need from their QB.
