Ya....the Vikings are having a rough start to the season thus far. I know that it was going to be a tough first 4 games, but I was not expecting to lose like this out of the gate. The lost with an OT fumble the set up the Bengals to win it. The following week lost the Cardinals in a botched 37 yard FG that would have won the game for the Vikes.
In Week 3 the Vikes were grooving vs the Seahawks for the majority of the game in a slow start. They won their first game of the season. Kirk Cousins and Company were balling even with no Cook in the lineup.
On Sunday, Vikings OT had issues containing the Cleveland defense after their first drive of the game. Cousins was under attack ALL GAME long. Neither offense did all the much in the game. It left a sour taste in your mouth after seeing the Vikings WR Adam Thielen getting mugged in the end zone. No flag was thrown, but the Vikes had plenty of issues throughout the game. We will get an apology and that will be about it.
They stand at 1-3....they have a good chance to put a good string of wins together now.
