With so many fans, highlighting all of Jackson mistakes and inconsistencies that he has had all season.Sure I will agree with them there. But you have to say that he was steadily improving throughout the season. He has some durability issues throughout the season. When the backup went in place for him. All Viking fans found out why he is our number 1 guy at the QB. It is unlikely he will ever be a Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. With the run game that we have he fits our system the best out of the QBs that we have(had) on the roster in the season.
Look at the QBs that he has been compared with ion his draft class in the daily Norseman's blog post. I totally agree with him. He should be given the chance to play with receivers that can CATCH THE BALL consistently and not letting him be the fall guy in a so-so passing game.He needs to have decent and reliable receivers to say that he is do not deserve to start in the NFL. I think that he showed everyone especially most Vike fans that he is their guys with the two touchdown drive with 8 minutes left in the game.He knows how to make plays through the air and with his legs. I hope the Vikes keeps him as their leader on the field.
